Refund policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to purchases made from NEWYOUTAROT, operated by AQUIVO LABS S.R.L. Do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving return authorization and instructions. Products sent without prior approval, or sent to an address other than the one we provide, may not reach the correct facility and may delay or prevent your refund.

1. Before you return anything

Contact contact@newyoutarot.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return address. The current return address is not our Romanian registered office; it will be provided to you after your return is approved.

2. Return window and condition

We accept returns of items that are in resalable condition and were purchased less than 14 days before the return request.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Oils or similar consumable items that have been transferred out of their original container are not considered resalable and cannot be returned.
• Discontinued items are not eligible for a refund or credit.
• Returns requested more than 14 days after purchase will not be accepted.

3. How to send a return

Once your return is approved, we will give you an RMA number and the correct shipping address. When you send the package:

• Write "RETURNS" and your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box.
• Include your order number inside the box so we can match the return to your order.
• Use a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for return packages lost in transit without tracking.

No returned merchandise will be accepted or refunded without a prior RMA and approval.

4. Restocking and return shipping fees

• Returns made within the 14-day window in resalable condition are refunded to the original payment method, less the original outbound shipping cost, which is non-refundable except where the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged or defective item).
• A refused or undeliverable package that is returned to us will be charged the return shipping cost plus a $2.00 handling fee, deducted from any refund due.
• If an address correction, return or redelivery fee is charged to us by the carrier because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied at checkout, that fee may be deducted from your refund or billed to you before any replacement ships.

5. Damaged, missing or incorrect items — nothing to post back

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact contact@newyoutarot.com within 30 days of delivery if an item is damaged, broken, missing, or not what you ordered, and include:

• Your order number;
• A description of the problem;
• Photographs of the item and its packaging (no zip files); and
• A photograph of the shipping label, where relevant.

You do not need to post anything back. Please keep the item and its packaging until we confirm the next steps. We will resolve verified damage, missing-item or incorrect-item claims at no cost to you, by replacement or refund.

6. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Once a return is received and inspected, please allow a reasonable processing time for the refund to be issued and for your bank or payment provider to post it to your account. Shipping charges are refunded only where the return is due to our error, an undelivered order, or as otherwise required by law.

7. Cancellations

You may request a cancellation before your order has been submitted for fulfillment by contacting contact@newyoutarot.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled; you may instead request a return under this policy once it arrives, or refuse delivery, in which case section 4 (return shipping and handling fees for refused packages) applies.

8. The book (PDF)

Each ritual kit includes a book delivered as a PDF download. The download link is sent by email as soon as your order is placed, so you can begin before the box arrives.

• Because the book is delivered immediately and cannot be returned, the PDF is not refundable once it has been downloaded, except where the file is defective or where a refund is required by law.
• If a physical kit is returned under this policy, the refund covers the physical items; the book remains yours.
• If you did not receive your download email, check your spam folder and then contact contact@newyoutarot.com with your order number and we will resend it.
