Golden Black Cat Tarot is a 78-card deck illustrated by Helena de Almeida, bringing the traditional Rider-Waite-Smith tarot system into a world of elegant, mysterious black cats.
The deck follows the familiar structure and symbolism of the classic A.E. Waite tarot, making the cards easy to approach for readers already familiar with traditional tarot. Each scene is reimagined with black cats that can appear playful, graceful, independent or fierce depending on the meaning of the card.
Helena de Almeida's detailed modern artwork gives the deck its own personality while keeping recognizable tarot symbolism throughout. This makes it suitable for everyday readings, learning tarot and collectors looking for a distinctive cat-themed interpretation of a classic system.
The cards feature gilt edges and come with a 96-page full-color guidebook that provides guidance for working with the deck.
